Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin the return process, send us an email at sales@simplyinked.com and let us know that you would like to return the order within 7 days of the original purchase.

Please include your full name, order number and an image of all the tattoos you received in the email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As the tattoo stain continues to develop for the next 24 hours it can transfer to other body parts. Keep the tattoo covered for the first night - this can be done with clothing. Actions such as scrubbing in the shower, swimming in saltwater, and massaging with oil will exfoliate the tattoo stain - avoid such actions.
